Mira! is the collaborative effort of Eryn Paull -who formerly worked in sports media- and Jay Thomas -who is currently a merchant mariner (when he's not needed in the restaurant to wash dishes!).

BIO
Eryn spent her college days behind a bar (and nights in front of one), before deciding to buy her own. Another American education, well-spent.

Jay just likes to eat and drink a lot and has spent the bulk of his life thus far traveling to the far corners of the globe in pursuit of new flavors and the perfect pint of beer.

WHY WE OPENED
Belltown has desperately needed a comfortable, funky kind of restaurant and lounge somewhere between the Pink Door and the old Frontier Room - and we're not talking geographics, here. Think 'fantastically good food' combined with 'great atmosphere', 'rockin' good drinks' and 'a bartender who tells dirty jokes'. Upscale menu choices, dive bar mentality . We, personally, feel that dive bars are about two blocks down the street from Heaven, but this is Belltown after all.
And did we mention that the drinks rock?!

GOALS AND VISION
This summer we will be using the outdoor courtyard area for dining and secret party events . Stay tuned (check the website often) for info on upcoming attractions. And just for some general ideas, think 'live music'; maybe 'beach volleyball'; 'pig roasts'; and even 'outdoor movies'. We are fully committed to serving, supporting, and drinking in the local community; and we'd like for you to do the same with us.
